The CLD collab with IRO to organize Farewell Ceremony for Exchange Students to Wuhan Uni. and Fo Guang Uni. of Taiwan
On the morning of August 24th 2023, at the meeting room of Campus 1, Lac Hong University, the Chinese Language Department, in coordination with the International Relations Office, organized a farewell ceremony for Chinese language students from Lac Hong University embarking on exchange programs at Wuhan University, China and Fo Guang University, Taiwan.
Attending the ceremony were Dr. Lam Thanh Hien – Rector; MA. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh – Head of International Relations Office, Deputy Dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies; MA. Phan The Anh – Head of Chinese Language Department; MA. Hoang Tien Dung – Deputy Head of International Relations Office; lecturers and students of Chinese Language Faculty.

This is a program for students to study abroad in China and Taiwan, giving them the opportunity to gain practical experience and Chinese language practice overseas. Every year, the Chinese Language Department regularly collaborates with universities in Taiwan and China to expand relationships with international universities, search for study abroad scholarships, and prioritizes developing ties with international universities as a key strategy for faculty development.

On this special occasion, student Nguyen Pham Xuan Phuong, representing 6 scholarship recipients, sincerely thanked the attentiveness and enthusiastic support from the university's leadership and teachers. This study abroad opportunity will be invaluable for us to nourish higher aspirations on the path towards academic excellence, becoming a bridge between the university and international institutions in spreading the messages our teachers have entrusted upon us.
