ABSTRACT:
This study is to find out how to improve the satisfaction of customers with mobile banking services. The study’s results show that factors affecting the satisfaction of customers with mobile banking services include empathy, response, incentives, guarantees, efficiency, design, and security factor. This find out is expected to help commercial banks improve the satisfaction of customers with their mobile banking services.
