    First course of Free Business Starting completed

    The first course of the training program "Free Business Starting" offered to LHU students had just finished in late December. In the morning of January 14, the Organizing Board awarded certificates of completion to 39 excellent learners at room B 203 - Campus 1.

    Dean of Faculty of International Business Administration Nguyen Van Tan delivered a speech at the closing ceremony.

    The ceremony saw the presence of Vice Rector Lam Thanh Hien, Dean of Faculty of International Business Administration Nguyen Van Tan, Dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies Nguyen Thi Anh and representative of sponsors Nguyen Duy Tri.

    The training course had received special help from the Assistance Center for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in the South (SIYB) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Luong Mai Em, M.A - SIYB senior lecturer - Business Development Consultant directly instructed and shared valuable experience with 39 registered students from Faculties of International Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Mechatronics - Electronics, Chemical and Environmental Engineering, Oriental Studies and Civil Engineering.

    According to Dr. Nguyen Van Tan who initiated and made ideas of cooperating with SIYB to organize this program, said "Besides sponsoring all expenses, the Ministry of Planning and Investment awards certificates to those who completed their courses. This certificate is worth a passport. It helps to increase the value of the job applying CV in the future ... Through this free training course, participants will be provided with fully basic knowledge of starting business and setting up business. Thence, they can set up their business themselves, knowing how to apply knowledge into reality to develop local economy, and try to get rich legally..."

    The second course of the training program is expected to take place at the end of this week (January 16 and 17) at Room I.209 - Center for Application and Scientific Research - Campus 6. Students who wish to join in the course can directly register at the Faculty of International Business Administration's Office - Campus 2.
