Office of the Rector

Functions

  • - Coordinate and support other units to implement duties assigned by the Rectorate Board.
  • - Make synthetic reports on all aspects to the Rectorate Board, and advise the Board on assigned duties.
  • - Perform archival work.
  •  
  • Responsibilities
  • 1. Assist the Rector to do daily affairs:
  • - Receive documents sent by outside agencies and departments (through the Administration - Personnel Office) for the Rector's consideration.
  • - Receive documents sent by affiliated units and to report to the Rector for his consideration or signature, and send documents to outside agencies.
  • - Receive information sent by outside agencies and report to the Rector for his approvals or replies
  • - Receive proposals and reports from Heads of affiliated units and submit them to the Rector for his consideration and directions.
  • 2. Review and edit documents drafted by affiliated units and submit them to the Rector for his signature. Draft a number of documents under the Rector's directions.
  • 3. Prepare contents of briefings, record meeting minutes, draft conclusions.
  • 4. Implement others duties assigned by the Rector.
