LHU opens "Summer Vietnamese course for international students"

On July 8, the Office of International Affairs, LHU collaborated with the Department of Chinese Language and the Department of Vietnamese Studies under the Faculty of Oriental Studies to hold the opening ceremony of the 2022 Vietnamese Language Course in Summer for international students from partner universities.

Attending the opening ceremony, on the side of LHU, there were DSc. Lam Thanh Hien, Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Vice Rector; MA. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh, Head of International Affairs Office, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; lecturers from the Department of Chinese Language and the Department of Vietnamese Studies. The side of international universities included Ms. Mu Rui Na and Ms. Wu from the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of Sichuan University of Science and Technology, and 95 students from universities that have signed MOUs with LHU such as Sichuan University of Science and Technology, Guangxi Normal University, Wuhan University, ...

At the opening ceremony, DSc. Lam Thanh Hien kindly introduced the University and warmly welcomed all the participants.

"Summer Vietnamese class" program is built on the spirit of friendship between Vietnam and China, contributing to promoting Vietnam's image, culture, customs, language and people to international friends. The program will start from July 2022 to early September 2022.
