Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector of LHU said "E-commerce is still a new market with many gaps, especially the shortage of human resources. Solving problems such as state management, law, security for e-commerce, care services, consumer protection, finding partners, expanding markets, promoting the brand of businesses on the online environment, ... require a team of well-trained and qualified human resources.

The three new majors Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and E-commerce were approved by the Appraisal Council in April 2022

LHU's curriculum was contributed by scientists and experts, consulted from programs of many famous universities in the world, ahead in this field, so it is highly applicable and close to international standards.

The most favorable thing for learners when studying at LHU is geographical location and close links with enterprises in the field of Logistics in Dong Nai, Saigon, Ba Ria - Vung Tau. Dong Nai is also an important gateway to the Southeast and connects with the world through a system of roads and waterways with a system of seaports (14 ports) and especially an international airport (Long Thanh Airport). These are important clues in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. During their studies, LHU students can combine experiential learning and internships in these dynamic environments.

As the E-commerce industry develops, Marketing is promoted, leading to the demand for human resources in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. So they are closely related training disciplines. The training of high-quality human resources capable of managing activities related to E-commerce, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management is an urgent need in the current period." added Mr. Quynh.

Thus, from the academic year 2022-2023, in addition to 18 current majors, LHU will enroll students in Marketing; Logistics and Supply Chain Management and E-commerce.
