LHU promotes "Paid-Internship in Japan" program

A delegation led by Mr. Amemiya Norio, Chairman of Traditional Japanese Culture Manners Meister Association (WABUNKA) on May 11 paid a visit and had a discussion with LHU. Representing the University, Dr. Nguyen Huu Nghi - Dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies; MA. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh - Head of International Affairs Office, Vice Dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies; Dr. Nguyen Tam Son - specialist of International Affairs Office and MA. Tran Minh Thuy Duong - Lecturer of the Japanese Studies Department received the delegation.

LHU welcomed and worked with the Traditional Japanese Culture Manners Meister Association

At the meeting, the two sides introduced their units, exchanged and discussed joint training programs. Accordingly, third year students of Japanese Studies, LHU (if they need) will receive a 3-month training in culture, etiquette, manners and some soft skills related to culture and rituals in Japanese communication, in order to meet the needs of enterprises in Japan and Vietnam. The cost of study is VND 26 million/student (flexible and parallel with the training program). Moreover, after the training period, students will be able to participate in the "Paid-Internship in Japan" program with an average salary of about 85,000 to 100,000 yen/month (equivalent to 16 million to VND 20 million/month). At the end of the course, the student with the best academic performance will receive a scholarship in the form of a refund of the tuition fee.

The two sides exchanged international cooperation programs

Through the working session, the two sides reached initial cooperative agreements. It is expected that they will always work together to bring students the most practical benefits: studying, experiencing, getting higher education, more specifically, getting paid-internship and jobs after graduation in the country of Cherry Blossom.
