LHU received Certificate of Institutional Accreditation

LHU held a ceremony on April 12 to receive Certificate of Institutional Accreditation issued by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) and announced the commitment to ensure jobs for students after graduation. Representatives of the MOET; leaders of provincial departments and agencies; representatives of Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City and cooperative enterprises attended the ceremony. The event took place at Central Park Hotel.

Deputy Director of Viet Nam National University HCM City Nguyen Hoi Nghia awarded Certificate of Institutional Accreditation to LHU.

At the ceremony, Deputy Director of Viet Nam National University HCM City Nguyen Hoi Nghia awarded Certificate of Institutional Accreditation to LHU Management Board with 50/61 satisfactory criteria rating 81.97%.

People's Teacher Dr. Do Huu Tai, Rector of LHU, said that with basic preparation steps, serious, scientific and real quality assurance, in 2017 the University officially registered and be tested by the Center for Education Accreditation - Viet Nam National University HCM City with 50/61 satisfactory criteria (reaching 81.97%). The Center also issued the Decision to recognize the University. LHU was also the first one in Dong Nai to be recognized for education accreditation standards.

He also added that in the coming time, LHU would continue to perfect and improve criteria in accordance with the MOET's Regulations on educational quality assessment standards and gradually test training majors according to the ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN-QA).

In addition, Permanent Vice Rector of LHU Lam Thanh Hien read the commitment to ensure jobs for students after graduating from LHU. He affirmed "From 2018, students will be signed the commitment to ensure jobs after graduation by the University Management Board. This commitment shows LHU's responsibilities to learners, also affirming its prestige to enterprises in training.

Enterprises such as Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) - Dong Nai Branch and CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company representing 800 cooperative enterprises committed LHU and students to continuing to accompany the recruitment of interns and graduates, and contribute to the University's training program.
