At the conference, representatives of member units discussed and proposed methods to accelerate the evaluation processes to meet the current needs of member schools, guiding members to use the AUN-QA web system...

During his stay in Thailand, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam had completed the role of an ambassador in representing LHU to sign MoU/MoA with PIM. He said "Going towards and achieving this standard not only benefits universities, students but also employers. For universities, it is possible to point out strengths and shortcomings of the training program for specific improvement plans and actions. Universities determine position of their training programs in the region and make a basis for building training curriculums forwards international standards. Whereby students are beneficiaries from this assessment since they are learning in a continuously improved and quality assured environment. Finally, employers are confident in finding quality human resources, from an internationalized quality training program".

AUN-QA standard has been the target and destination of many universities in Vietnam and in Southeast Asian region. For LHU, that goal is being shaped clearly, not only attracting students, but also affirming the training quality and gradually building quality culture of a university.

Contents signed in MoU/MoA between LHU and PIM are as follow:

- Implementing many lecturer/student exchange programs, short training courses, short-term joint training courses or one semester, one year

 - Students can participate in cultural exchanges (visit some cultural destinations, tourist attractions in Thailand) or experience tours

- Carrying out short training courses for lecturers as required: 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, or 1-3 months, etc...

- Short-term training programs to improve foreign language skills for lecturers: lecturers can join with international business administration graduate students (iMBA) to have a training environment

- Research cooperation: PIM will inform LHU about the projects that need foreign partners to participate.

- Robotics Technology Training Program: will officially start in 2019
