Tran Dieu Hien won Consolation Prize at the 7th National Vietnamese - Korean Speaking Contest

To celebrate 22 years of Vietnam - Korea foreign relationship, Korea-Vietnam Culture Communication Center held the 7th National Vietnamese - Korean Speaking Contest in late February in Da Nang city. Contestants are Vietnamese students who are studying Korean language at higher education institutions nationwide and Korean students who are learning Vietnamese at Vietnamese universities and training units.

To earn the ticket to enter the final round, contestants had overcome qualifying rounds which lasted more than 3 months. The contest drew the participation of over 600 candidates coming from universities and colleges nationwide.

The final round of the contest took place ebulliently with the presence of 10 Vietnamese students from Korean language training schools such as VNU-HCM University of Social Sciences and Humanities; Lac Hong University; HCM city University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology; Van Hien University; Hong Bang University; Da Lat University; Da Nang University of Foreign Languages; Hue University; VNU - Ha Noi University of Social Sciences and Humanities;  Ha Noi University, Ha Noi University of Foreign Languages.

Participating the competition, Tran Dieu Hien from Lac Hong University's Korean Studies - Faculty of Oriental Studies  won Consolation Prize with the topic "Camera".

Contestants received flowers from the Organizing Board.
