[FFA] Talkshow “Logistics and the Employment Challenge for Students” – Unpacking Perspectives and Shaping Career Paths

On the afternoon of April 18, 2025, at Room B203 of Lac Hong University, the Logistics Club under the Faculty of Finance and Accounting successfully hosted a thematic talkshow titled “Logistics and the Employment Challenge for Students.” The event attracted a large number of Logistics students as well as other young individuals interested in career opportunities in this dynamic and high-potential field.

The talkshow featured guest speaker Ms. Do Thi Hong Chau, Head of Import-Export at Saigon Precision Co., Ltd. (a member of the Misumi Group). With her extensive practical experience in the logistics sector, Ms. Chau delivered insightful and multidimensional perspectives, along with valuable advice to help students better understand the essential preparations needed before entering the labor market.

During the session, Ms. Chau and the participating students discussed various practical topics, including:

• - Current recruitment trends in the logistics industry;
• - Essential skills required for job applications in logistics enterprises;
• - How to build an effective CV and present oneself in job interviews;
• - Professional attitudes and mindsets that should be cultivated during university years.

The talkshow reached its peak of engagement when students were given the opportunity to ask questions directly. The interactive Q&A session was filled with open, approachable, and highly instructive responses from the speaker. Many students confidently shared their concerns and personal uncertainties about career orientation and received practical, supportive guidance in return.
