On April 15–16, 2025, at Long Hai Beach, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University, successfully organized the 2025 Youth Union – Student Association Skills Training Program, in combination with an outdoor teambuilding session. The event welcomed the participation of Union – Association leaders and core student members from various youth branches and student chapters within the faculty.
The program was designed to enhance students' abilities in organizing group activities, managing collective engagement, handling real-life situations, and fostering solidarity and creativity in extracurricular initiatives. It also served as a valuable opportunity for students to network, exchange experiences, and further develop their leadership roles within a modern academic environment.

Alongside the training, the outdoor teambuilding segment infused the program with an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement. A variety of creative, physically engaging games helped strengthen teamwork, foster collaboration, and build connections among students across different classes and cohorts. The sound of laughter, the spirited cheers, and the strong bonds formed through shared challenges made for an unforgettable experience filled with energy and emotion.
A representative of the Youth Union – Student Association remarked during the program: “This is not only a platform for soft skill development, but also a chance for students to learn how to share, collaborate, and confidently demonstrate their leadership as Union – Association officers. It plays an important role in nurturing a generation of proactive, responsible, and community-oriented students.”
The program concluded in a joyful yet reflective atmosphere. The values gained from this training and teambuilding experience will undoubtedly serve as a meaningful foundation for student leaders to continue spreading positive energy and building strong, innovative student communities in the future.
