EDUCATION

Tracking women’s access and graduation outcomes

Lac Hong University systematically tracks women’s applications, admissions, and graduation outcomes by gender. Annual data are analysed to identify disparities in access and completion. Where gaps emerge, the University strengthens gender-responsive measures, including academic mentoring and targeted skills support, to promote participation, retention, and graduation for women and men.

Women’s access schemes

Lac Hong University promotes women’s access through scholarships, mentoring, leadership development, skills training, alumni engagement, and supportive networks. Initiatives especially encourage women in underrepresented fields such as STEM and engineering, while fostering confidence, career advancement, well-being, visibility, and equal opportunities for academic and professional success and growth.

Women’s application in underrepresented subjects

Lac Hong University encourages women to apply for underrepresented fields, particularly STEM and engineering, through scholarships, outreach, career guidance, media campaigns, and partnerships with schools, communities, universities, and industry. These initiatives reduce financial and social barriers, challenge stereotypes, expand practical opportunities, and strengthen women’s confidence, participation, employability, leadership, and success.
