English Proficiency Assessment Examination 2025 – Batch 3

In accordance with the Regulations on Admission and Training for Master’s Programs stipulated in Circular No. 23/2021/TT-BGDĐT dated August 30, 2021, issued by the Minister of Education and Training, the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Lac Hong University organized the English Proficiency Assessment Examination 2025 – Batch 3. Under these regulations, applicants seeking admission to a master’s program must not only possess a bachelor’s degree or meet the requirements for bachelor’s degree recognition but also satisfy the foreign language proficiency requirement, which is one of the essential admission criteria.

According to Article 5 of the Circular, applicants are required to “demonstrate foreign language proficiency at Level 3 or higher according to the Six-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam.” This requirement ensures that candidates possess sufficient language skills to effectively engage in learning and research activities at the master’s level. To meet this requirement, on November 15, 2025, the Faculty of Graduate Studies collaborated with various units of the university to organize the English proficiency assessment examination.

The examination provided candidates with an opportunity to demonstrate their English language competence while serving as an important step for those aspiring to pursue postgraduate studies. The assessment covered the four fundamental language skills—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking—allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of candidates’ English proficiency. The examination was designed to correspond to Levels 3 through 5 of the Six-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, ensuring that the results accurately reflected the candidates’ language abilities.

Throughout the examination process, various departments worked closely together to ensure the smooth implementation of all stages, from facility preparation and examination administration to grading and evaluation. The successful organization of the examination not only demonstrated the professional capabilities of the Faculty of Graduate Studies but also reinforced candidates’ confidence in the quality of the university’s educational and assessment processes.

The results of this examination will enable qualified candidates to continue their academic journey at Lac Hong University, meeting the rigorous admission requirements of the master’s programs. The English Proficiency Assessment Examination 2025 – Batch 3 has successfully concluded, opening a new chapter for candidates as they pursue their goal of obtaining a master’s degree.
