LHU on May 25 held a signing ceremony of MoU and "Roadmap to become a 4T Pharmacist" workshop at Room B203, campus 1. Among the attendees were representatives of LHU including Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh and Dr. Cao Van Du - Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy; Dr. Nguyen Van Trung - Director of the Center for Admissions & Public Relations, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Pharmacy. From FPT Long Chau Pharma Joint Stock Company, there were Mr. Nguyen Tan Vy - Human Resources Director; Mr. Nguyen Trieu Duong Quang - Leader of Talent Acquisition Team, related staff and alumni holding managerial positions at the Long Chau pharmacy chain.

At the program, Mr. Nguyen Tan Vy - Human Resources Director shared "Roadmap to become a 4T Pharmacist", aiming to provide students of Faculty of Pharmacy with learning pathways and necessary skills to become a 4T Pharmacist.

Under the MoU, LHU is responsible for training and improving the quality of FPT Long Chau's staff and specialists; recruiting and training full-time pharmacists to supply human resources for FPT Long Chau in the coming time. FPT Long Chau will regularly cooperate with LHU to organize workshops, talk shows to exchange, share and improve professional knowledge and skills for students; contribute ideas to the development of training programs and output standards for the pharmaceutical industry. Moreover, FPT Long Chau will propose and order LHU to research health protection products in particular and science and technology products in general. In addition, FPT Long Chau's staff and specialists are trained to improve their qualifications, especially getting a discount of 25% on tuition fees when studying at LHU.
Through the MoU, students will study in an environment of continuous improvement and quality assurance; visit and experience practical knowledge; learn and enhance professional knowledge; receive scholarships from FPT Long Chau; be provided jobs at FPT Long Chau right after graduation.
The cooperative tie between LHU and FPT Long Chau is expected to be closer and stronger
The signing of MoU between LHU and FPT Long Chau helps to bring the training program closer to the practical requirements, contributing to How to solve the problem of "Scarcity of human resources in the pharmaceutical industry", developing the region's economy more and more sustainably.
