Participants:

- Party Committee representatives;

- Board of Rectors;

- Executive Committee of the Trade Union – Trade Union Inspection Committee – Heads/Deputy Heads of Trade Union groups;

- Employees;

- Children of full-time employees who have achieved the title of Outstanding Students (Grades 1 to 5) and Excellent - Students (Grades 6 to 12);

- Children of full-time employees who have won provincial-level or higher academic excellence awards;

- Children of employees participating in the free Summer Skills Course 2026.
