On October 26, LHU signed a cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB). The agreement marks an important milestone in the cooperation between the two sides.
Attending the signing ceremony, there was the presence of Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Dr. Le Phuong Truong - Head of Office of Educational Testing and Q.A; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Son - Director of Center of Scientific Research and Applications; Dr. Huynh Cao Tuan - Director of Information Resources Center; and MPharm. Ngo Dinh Hoang Diem - Expert.
On HUB's side, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ha Thi Thieu Dao - Vice Rector; Dr. Ong Van Nam - Head of Office of Educational Testing and Q.A; Ngo Thi Xuan, M.A - Deputy Head of Department of Admission Consultancy and Brand Development.

Addressing the ceremony, leaders of the two universities believed that the MoU signing would be the basis for the future cooperation activities between the two sides.
According to the MoU, the two sides will carry out activities: Cooperate and exchange strengths of both sides; Support HUB to learn methods for measuring the program learning outcomes; and Exchange and discuss comparative information between the two sides, including indicators for training, scientific research and community support.

The two sides also discussed and shared goals, orientations, and potentials for cooperation and development based on the strengths of both sides, simultaneously expressed the belief that the collaborative relationship between two parties would be stronger and sustainable in the future.
