LHU offers over 500 scholarships to students

In addition to Commendation Fund offered to current students who get high study results, LHU annually establishes "Giving strength to LHU students" Fund offered to freshmen who exhibit academic excellence in entrance examination and studious poor students.

In four recent years, LHU has awarded hundreds of scholarships worth tens of billion dongs to students. An estimated three billion dongs has been granted to students each year.

This is the first scholarship they get when entering LHU. The aim of the scholarship is to encourage new students to continue their efforts to study well . LHU new students who get from 22 marks and above will be eligible for this scholarship. As a result of the entrance examination, eight new students who exhibit high scores will be granted scholarships each worth VND 30 million including six students of Pharmacy Faculty and each valued at VND 13 million including two students of Oriental Studies Faculty.

LHU awards more than 500 scholarships to studious poor students

The University has spent over 500 scholarships on studious poor students according to ranks including excellent, 1st, 2nd, 3rd. In 2013 - 2014, the University has offered 13 scholarships for excellent rank each worth VND 11 million, 39 for 1st each VND 5,5 million and the rest for 2nd and 3rd each from VND 1 to 1,5 million.
