Among 1,057 businesses and corporations as current partners of LHU, many of them are from Japan. These businesses have accepted LHU students for internships and jobs, with many different positions.

To deepen the relationship between LHU and Japanese partners for more sustainable future, in October 2023, with the support of the International Foundation of Educational and Medical Exchange (IFEME), the Japan Internship Support Association (JISA) and Quy Khanh Training and Consultancy Company Limited, LHU's delegation paid a working visit to Japan. The working delegation included DSc. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector and lecturers of the Department of Japanese Studies.
Here, the delegation visited and had talks with associations and partners accepting LHU students for internships. As known, LHU interns are paid an average salary of 20-25 million VND/month.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector of LHU said that the delegation had visited and worked with businesses, met LHU students to know how they lived and worked, difficulties or problems they might encounter to provide timely support. "We want to know and witness our students living, studying and working in Japan and feel assured that they have adapted so quickly."

Talking about the results of the trip, Mr. Quynh said the working visit to Japan promised to open up more internship and job opportunities in Japan for LHU students.
Also on the business trip, LHU met with big partners in finding and introducing jobs and internships for students such as: Human Association, Orient Association, JISA,... Through meetings and exchanges with associations in Japan, LHU has expressed its desire to expand cooperation ties not only for students of Japanese language major, but also for other majors like Information Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering; Mechatronics, Automation, Automotive Engineering Technology, Food Technology....

"There are about 200 LHU students doing internships and working in Japan each year. They are very hardworking and quickly adaptable. Some of them have bought houses and cars in Japan. The case of Nguyen Quoc Duy - a former student majoring in Mechatronics Engineering Technology is an example" - Mr. Quynh added.
