Two students of LHU receive full Master's scholarships in China

The Chinese Language Department, Faculty of Oriental Studies, LHU on September 26 organized a farewell ceremony for two students who received full Master's study abroad scholarships. It is known that they will study for a Master of Chinese International Education in China.

The ceremony held at the Multi-functional room, saw the presence of Phan The Anh, M.A - Head of Chinese Language Department, Tran Trinh Kim Dung, M.A - Lecturer; Cui Ji Kun, M.A - Expert in Chinese Language and 50 students majoring in Chinese Language.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Phan The Anh - Head of the Department of Chinese Language said "This is a valuable opportunity for students to earn practical experiences, improve language skills,... when studying in China". The Department of Chinese Language has strongly promoted and established cooperation ties with universities in China in order to expand relations with international universities, seek study abroad scholarships,... for its students. This is also one of the most important tasks in the Department's development strategies.

Also at the event, Pham Thi Kieu Trang, acted on behalf of the two students to express heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the Faculty's leaders and lecturers for their care and encouragement.

At the end of the ceremony, the Faculty's leaders, lecturers and friends extended congratulations and best wishes to the students.
