Two Korean Studies-majored students receive study abroad scholarships from Silla University

On August 29, the Department of Korean Studies under the Faculty of Oriental Studies held a ceremony to see off two students, Nguyen Thuy Nhi and Tran Thi Ngoc Diem, who have received student exchange scholarships at Silla University, Korea.

The friendly and warm ceremony witnessed the presence of Dr. Nguyen Huu Nghi - Dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies, Do Thi Thuy, M.A - Head of Korean Studies Department along with lecturers and students of Korean Studies.

According to student exchange program, Nguyen Thuy Nhi and Tran Thi Ngoc Diem will be covered all tuition fees during their studies. Also, each month, they will receive KRW 500,000 living expenses (about VND 10 million).

Thus, in 2023, a total of 4 students majoring in Korean Studies have received student exchange scholarships at Silla University.
