In the middle of April, LHU officially opened the major "Logistics and Supply Chain Management", after going through the process of appraisal and evaluation and quality assurance conditions. The Logistics and Supply Chain Management major under the Faculty of Finance - Accounting is now considered as a human resources attracting field and sought after by many young people.

To prepare for the enrollment work in the next school year, on April 12 with seven bridge sites in Dong Nai, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the project appraisal council had an online final assessment.

The appraisal council had six invited scientists from universities, research institutes and businesses, including Prof. Dr. Dang Dinh Dao, National Economics University - Chairman; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Anh Tuan, University of Electricity – Fist Reviewer; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Thi Thu Hoa, Vietnam Institute of Logistics Research and Development – Second Reviewer; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Bao, University of Water Resources – Member; Dr. Ha Minh Hieu, Vietnam Institute of Logistics Research and Development – Member and Mr. Hoang Ngoc Quang, Royal Global Logistics Co., Ltd – Member.
On the side of LHU, there were Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam – Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy – Dean of Faculty of Finance and Accounting; MSc. Nguyen Trong Vinh – Head of Academic Affairs Department, lecturers and relevant staff.

Opening the program, Dr. Nguyen Thi Bach Tuyet - representative of the Project Development Department announced the necessary reasons to open the training major and reported to the council the basic contents of the training program "Logistics and Supply Chain Management”.
At the working session, Prof. Dr. Dang Dinh Dao - Chairman of the council agreed to work with scientists on the basis of key comments on the main content; suggestive and constructive comments; unrepeated comments of the feedback workshop.
The appraisal council ended with 6/6 members agreeing the training program draft of the project
All members of the appraisal council generally agreed on the following points: well-prepared program, full foundation, clear program objectives, output standards consistent with the goals, appropriate basic program structure, rich and comprehensive training contents. However, to further improve the program, the council proposed the Program Editorial Board to supplement and edit the program according to the council members' suggestions.

On behalf of LHU, Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector sincerely thanked the members' opinions of the appraisal council, and also directed the project committee to review the final draft for the project completion as soon as possible. Hopefully, "Logistics and Supply Chain Management" will be one of the key training programs of LHU, attracting a lot of attention and study from young people.
