LHU and Vietcombank, Dong Nai branch ink MoU on comprehensive cooperation

LHU and Vietcombank, Dong Nai branch held a ceremony on April 6 for the signing of a MoU on strengthening the cooperation relationship between the two sides. Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy and Dr. Nguyen Van Hai - Dean and Vice Dean of Faculty of Finance and Accounting, MA. Nguyen Hai Quan - Head of Corporate Relations and Student Support Division, lecturers and students of Faculty of Finance and Accounting. Welcoming LHU's delegation were Vietcombank, Dong Nai branch's leaders including Mr. Pham Thanh Vinh - Director, Mr. Tran Nam Trung - Deputy Director, Mr. Nguyen Nhu Viet - Manager of Human Resources and Administration Department and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Deputy Manager of Retail Customer Department.

Earlier on February 16, representatives of Vietcombank, Dong Nai branch had a working session with LHU to offer banking services, support students' apprenticeship and also discussed contents to promote the cooperative ties between the two sides.

Under the MoU, the two sides agreed to promote their own strengths, bilateral connection and support in operations and development. The two sides also committed to coordinate to implement introductory information work of both sides to contribute to promoting the cause of education development in accordance with the Party's and the State's policies, supporting the business development of the two sides.

Speaking at the event, Director of Vietcombank, Dong Nai branch Pham Thanh Vinh stated “We welcome LHU students to practice and apply to Vietcombank. With a professional and friendly environment, we believe all of you will integrate and make the most of your abilities to contribute and devote…”

On the occasion, Vietcombank, Dong Nai branch awarded scholarships worth VND 20 million to 20 LHU studious students.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the University Management Board, Vice Rector Nguyen Vu Quynh sent his sincere thanks to Vietcombank's leaders for their warm welcome and thoughtful and solemn ceremony. He also expressed his hope that the two sides would promote the contents of the MoU in the spirit of cooperation and mutual support to strive for a common goal.
