10 LHU students received scholarships of Brother Industries Saigon, Ltd

On the morning of March 28, LHU's delegation including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector, Mr. Nguyen Hai Quan - Head of Corporate Relations and Student Support Division, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Thuong - Head of Japanese Studies Department, 30 students of Faculty of Oriental Studies, some lecturers paid a visit to Brother Industries Saigon, Ltd. located in Amata Industrial Park.

10 difficult students of Faculty of Oriental Studies, LHU received scholarships from Mr. Tsuji Seiji - General Director of Brother Company

Welcoming the LHU's delegation were Mr. Tsuji Seiji - General Director, Mr. Miyake Yasuo - Factory Manager, Mr. Sobue Kousuke - Head of Human Resources Department. The meeting also saw the presence of Ms. Bui Thi Lieu - Standing Vice President of the provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nghia – QA/QC Manager of Sakura Company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Giao - Head of General Section of Maspro Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Dong Nai Television.

Students of Faculty of Oriental Studies visited and learned about products of Brother Company

Brother Industries Saigon, Ltd was established in 2011 in Vietnam. Founded in 1908 in Japan, Brother now has 17 factories, 52 companies operating in 44 countries in many different regions. As a leading brand providing high quality products for the printing, label printing and embroidery markets, Brother includes main products: printers, multifunction machines, fax machines, scanners, label printers, industrial sewing machines and home sewing machines,... Most of the products are exported to foreign countries.

At the program, LHU delegation learned about Brother Company and experienced products. The Company also awarded 10 scholarships worth VND 20 million to 10 LHU students with difficult circumstances.
