LHU signed MoUs with VACPA & ACCA

At 3 p.m, yesterday took place an online MoU signing ceremony between LHU, VACPA (Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants) and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). The signing of MoUs aims to improve the professional qualifications of faculty members of Finance - Accounting, help students have the fastest access to international financial reports in Vietnam and create job opportunities for students when owning CertIFR certificate.

The singing ceremony saw the presence of DSc. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam - Vice Rector, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy and Dr. Nguyen Van Hai - Dean and Vice Dean of Faculty of Finance and Accounting. On the side of ACCA, there were Ms. Nguyen Thuy Minh Chau - Chief Representative of ACCA in Vietnam, Ms. Khuat Thi Lien Huong - Head of Education Department - ACCA Mainland Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand) and Ms. Pham Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau - Senior Head of External Relations - Education and Training Division, ACCA Vietnam.

 The signing ceremony was held online with the participation of representatives of three parties

On the side of VACPA, there were Dr. Tran Khanh Lam – Vice President cum General Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sang - General Director of Vietvalues Audit and Consulting Co., Ltd., Member of the Executive Committee of VACPA.

The event attacted the great participation of many lecturers, officials and delegates 

This signing event also contributes to mark the coming 25th founding anniversary of LHU (1997 - 2022), marking a new step in the Unversity's cooperation relations in general and the Faculty of Finance and Accounting in particular.
