Nguyen Anh Phuc took Third place at the 19th Chinese Bridge Competition

Recently, two students majored in Chinese Studies of LHU have won Third prize and Encouragement prize at the 19th World University Students “Chinese Bridge” Competition

This year's competition is divided into three parts: personal speech, answering questions and talent performance. After three rounds, Nguyen Anh Phuc - Class 17DT112 scored 88 out of 100 points, winning Third prize. Nguyen Thi Nhu Thao won Encouragement prize with the result 80,8 points.

The 19th World University Students "Chinese Bridge" Competition was held at HCM City University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Southern regional competition. The Southern regional qualifier attracted the participation of 26 contestants from 12 universities: HCM University of Social Sciences and Humanities, HCM, HCM City University of Education, Lac Hong University, Van Hien University, Thu Dau Mot University, Hoa Sen University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, HUTECH University, Van Lang University, HUFLIT University, Hong Bang International University and HCM City Open University.

The "Chinese Bridge" is a global competition revolving around the Chinese language, culture, history, country and people.

Special performance showed by Chinese Studies students

The "Chinese Bridge" has preliminary rounds in countries and the final held in China. For Vietnam, each region will have a representative contestant attending the final.
