198 units of bloods collected at the 37th blood donation program

In the morning of October 31, LHU Youth Union - Student Association in cooperation with Dong Nai province’s Red Cross Association and Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Center held the 37th humanitarian blood donation program at the campus 3. The blood donation program lies in a series of activities in order to welcome the 60th establishment of Vietnam Youth Federation” (October 15, 1956 – 2016).

The blood program is one of the annual activities of LHU Youth Union - Student Association. It is also a meaningful occasion for the University's teachers, staff and students to show their good deed for the community, contributing to providing blood sources to save people's lives.

This is the second turn in 2016 LHU Youth Union - Student Association organized the blood donation program. Earlier, 330 units of blood were collected and provided to hospitals.

Responding enthusiastically, more than 300 volunteers have signed up for this program. As a result, 198 units of blood were collected at the event.
