Meeting to exchange interview and working experience at Japan

Recently, Recruitment Manager of Mekong Co. Ltd Le Minh and Technical Director of Nectokin Vietnam Co, Nguyen Minh Thien, together with two new engineers Luong Van Minh and Cao Anh Phuc (students of Faculty of Mechatronics - Electronics) had an exchange to share interview and working experience at Japan. The exchange was held at Center for Application and Scientific Research - Campus 6 - LHU. This program attracted the participation of Dean of Mechatronics - Electronics Faculty - Manager of Scientific Research Dept. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Director of Application and Scientific Research Center Nguyen Thanh Son and more than 300 students from Mechatronics - Electronics Faculty, Information Technology Faculty, and Oriental Studies Faculty.

In early May, students of Mechatronics - Electronics Faculty actively joined in recruitment program to work in Japan. After assessment processes made by Japan experts, two new engineers namely Luong Van Minh and Cao Anh Phuc were admitted. Before their departure to Japan, the Faculty's Board of Management decided to organize this exchange program in order to share interview and working experience with those who wish to work in Japan.

Technical Director Nguyen Minh Thien provided the participants with valuable interview experience as well as companies’ requirements.

The exchange program also offered former student generations occasion to share and transmit learning experience, methods to approach enterprises,... The participants were provided with information and requirements Japan's companies ask candidates.

The program helped participants make bet preparation for their internship and interviews after graduating. Engineers who work at Japan will benefit interests and salary like a Japanese. In addition, they can settle there it they want.

Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh presented flowers to invited guests and sent sincere thanks to the two companies.
