Seminar on Biotechnology in teaching and production

Recently, a seminar entitled "Biotechnology in teaching and production" was held at Room B 203, Campus 1 by LHU's Faculty of  Biotechnology and Environment. The seminar attracted the great participation of its teachers and students. On behalf of the Faculty Management Board, Le Thi Thu Huong, MSc - Vice Dean delivered an opening speech and mentioned development orientations of Biology branch and prospective applications.

With the topic "Biotechnology in teaching and production", presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Le - Head of Plant biotechnology and Bioconversion subject - VNU - HCM University of Natural Sciences, the seminar provided participants with useful information relating

- An introduction of some plant biotechnology matters (tissue growing,...)

- Development ways of Plant biotechnology in the future.

- Research orientations and career opportunities for students.

To close the seminar, representing the Faculty, Ms Huong sent her sincere thanks to the presenter Bui Van Le for his enthusiastic cooperation in developing Biotechnology and providing students with useful knowledge as well as professional orientations.
